Big 12 Championship Game

What in the world does the Big 12 Championship Game have to do with this bowl game? Simply that it was a bowl game with two teams that would be in a league formed 17 years later? Very weak reasoning, IMO, and I do not feel that this bowl game belongs on Template:Big 12 Championship football game. Fjbfour (talk) 23:14, 24 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
