Deleted it. It was just restating the information from the "participants" section, in addition to being factually wrong (there were no "members" or "observers", as there was no permanent organization, and the Nazis did not participate at all).Konchevnik81 (talk) 21:25, 8 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
