Shockley Communications Corporation was a media outlet that operated eight radio stations in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Its president was Terry Shockley, who cofounded the company in 1984.[1] The company was reportedly bought-out by Quincy Newspapers (now Quincy Media) in June 2001.[citation needed] It became defunct in 2001.[1]
The television holdings include WAOW, WKOW, WXOW and WQOW.
