Saint-Barthélemy is a parish municipality in the Lanaudière region of Quebec, Canada, part of the D'Autray Regional County Municipality.

In the 2021 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, Saint-Barthélemy had a population of 2,087 living in 951 of its 1,072 total private dwellings, a change of 7.9% from its 2016 population of 1,934. With a land area of 105.36 km2 (40.68 sq mi), it had a population density of 19.8/km2 (51.3/sq mi) in 2021.[5]
