Mustafa Nano (born 4 January. 1960 Shijak, Durrës) is the ambassador of the Republic of Albania to Switzerland.[1]
Having been a former member of the Albanian Democratic Party, he switched careers from politics to journalism where he started working in the Shekulli paper in 1997.[2] In his writings he espouses a liberal-progressive worldview. Other newspapers that he has worked with are Korrieri and Shqip. He is also the author of three essay books.[3]
In May 2023, Nano was nominated by the Albanian government to become the ambassador to Switzerland.[4] The nomination was confirmed in June.[1]
