Hyloconis lespedezae is a moth of the family Gracillariidae. It is known from Japan (the islands of Hokkaido, Honshu and Kyushu), Korea and the Russian Far East.[1]
The larvae feed as leaf miners on Lespedeza bicolor.[1]
