Brigadier General Dr. Ali Shahid Mohamed MBBS MD (born 25 December 1971) is the Surgeon General (SG) of Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF).[1][2] General Dr. Ali Shahid is a prominent medical professional and military officer, currently serving as the Surgeon General of the Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF). With a distinguished career in both medicine and the military, he has significantly contributed to the healthcare system within the MNDF and the Maldives.

Brigadier General Dr. Ali Shahid Mohamed is the current President of Maldives Medical and Dental Council. [3] He is an Aviation Medical Examiner approved by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Maldives.[4]
