Cook's Cove is a settlement that overlooks Chedabucto Bay in Guysborough County, Nova Scotia.[1]

It was named after Elias Cook of Marblehead, Massachusetts who settled the area around 1770.[1]

Twenty-two people from seven Mi'kmaq families lived in Cook's Cove in 1949.[2]

Notable residents include Pearleen Oliver (1917–2008) who spent her infant years in Cook's Cove.[3]
