Athenae (Boeotia)

Athenae or Athenai (Ancient Greek: Ἀθῆναι) was a town of ancient Boeotia, on the river Triton, and near Lake Copais. Athenae, along with the neighbouring town of Eleusis, was destroyed by an inundation.[1][2]
