Some tips

  • Period and comma before not after <ref>
  • Omit comma between <ref>s
  • Remove space before <ref>
  • Remove wikilinks in external links
  • Article titles should be in quotes, not bold or italics.
  • Journal names must be in italics. Others may disagree, but I strongly urge spelling out journal names in full.
  • (1994 - 2016) ==> (1994–2016)

1. Remove bold face in references to journals. Journal names go in italics. Their first use is linked to our article on them. Author names do not get highlighted to show the subject.

2. Do not use capitals for ordinary words of subjects.

3. The list of detailed subjects with references does not belong in the lede paragraph. Multiple references for each point are unnecessary, and amount to reference overkill. This is not a CV, where all publications get listed.

4. Only the first use of a term gets linked to its article.

5. Avoid one sentence paragraphs

6. Indicate citation figures for his most-cited papers.

7. The honors go in a separate section, after the description of his research

8. Do not give speculative medical applications.

  • Read WP:PROF. Read it again. And again. Read it forwards, backwards, upside down and sideways until you are absolutely certain that you can cite sources that prove she meets one of its notability criteria. Then rewrite the draft, stating in the first sentence or two of the lead why she is notable. Cite the sources that prove it. Vimeo, ResearchGate, and YouTube are generally poor sources. Her employers, Bar-Ilan University and Gonda Multidisciplinary Brain Research Center, are reliable, but not independent. They have a vested interest in promoting her. They would be okay for basic facts about education, awards, memberships, or positions, but not for opinions, such as the impact of her research. Omit everything for which you cannot cite a reliable source (date of birth, advised 20 masters/doctoral students, husband, daughters, etc.).
