Order

Hi,
About the section order: Aren't the operations and programmes more consequential than the details of the chemicals and their various delivery mechanisms?

I suppose so. The order doesn't matter to me, I never thought of it as a hierarchy but if others see it that way feel free to alter as necessary. IvoShandor (talk) 07:09, 15 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
