Rostral

I'm talking from a nearly complete ignorance of neuroanatomy. Is there any reason for the 'Rostral' in the title? My impression is that all basal ganglia are covered and therefore this can be renamed to "Basal ganglia and associated structures", but I don't understand the subject enough as to make the bold edit. --Tilifa Ocaufa (talk) 14:36, 19 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
