Eons ago I uploaded an image and forgot the copyright (Why is the GNU not default!) I think it was this, but I have many so not usre if to swarm the page. --Squidonius (talk) 11:08, 21 November 2007 (UTC)
The variables and constants need proper definition within the article. For example the difference between Kd' and Kb is not obvious. 128.252.11.222 (talk) 16:52, 18 August 2010 (UTC)
This page needs revision and expansion.
For a start, the title is inappropriate. It should be "The Schild Equation".Calling it the Schild regression implies a particular method of estimation of the parameters given some data. The classical Schild plot isn't the best way to do this.
Furthermore the derivation given, though similar to that given by Schild, disguises the fact that the Schild equation has been shown to have far wider validity than Schild realised.
Also it is wrong to say that the first radioligand binding experiment was done by Lefkowitz et al (1970). This reference should be to Paton and Rang (1966) David Colquhoun (talk) 20:54, 27 August 2022 (UTC)
More problems with this page
