deleted sentence from Pathogenesis
Deleted the following, which though I'm no expert, I believe to be a description of the normal immune system response to an infection. It's confusing to have it in the middle of paragraph on pathogensis.
- Once the organism makes its way to a site where it is not normally found, it activates the complement protein group, stimulates cytokine production, and attracts white blood cells (specifically neutrophils).
