here they wrote it's mostly asymptomathic

So maybe there should be separate article on pedal papules and herniation of fat in different regions of the body where it I'think it is classified as different diagnosis. Or 'painful' adverb should be removed from here ?

Painful fat herniationPiezogenic papules – As an editor noted above five years ago, the phenomenon described by this page is not painful for the majority of individuals. Furthermore, the clear focus of the page is piezogenic papules (pedal and wrist), not the general phenomenon of fat herniation. The page's title is misleading in this regard.
