I don't understand this part.

There is presently one at large,and present in (coughing)livestock in South Yorkshire,though no widespread health warnings have been issued,I am informed by a member of the public that worming tablets have no effect on it(thereby causing speculation that this is not actually a parasite.PUBLIC HEALTH WARNING BY DR.
