Dear, apparently there is a mistake in the reported strucutre of meropenem, namely a wrong position of the thiol on the pyrrolidine ring. According to my knowledge it should be 4(not 5)-Mercapto-1-pyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid dimethylamide.

Systematic name

I think that should be pyrrolidin-3-yl rather than -2-yl.

structure

there is a mistake in API structure, Meropenem has N,N-dimethylamide function not an isopropylamide.
