I agree; this is misleading! It should say that patients in the manic phase of bipolar affective disorder should not be treated with antidepressants (which can worsen mania). Edited accordingly. RudolfCardinal (talk) 18:01, 22 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

side effects should be arranged by prevalence. Very common (>10%), Common (1-10%), Uncommon (0.1-1%) and so on...
