Major Updates
Made some major updates to the article. Added an anatomy section, as well as modern clinical applications of Le Fort type fractures and patient evaluation. Simplified the classification section. Updated the diagnosis and treatment sections with more recent references. Included a section on antibiotic use, but not sure if this is completely relevant or not. "Gagging" or "Sagging"
"As a result, there is gagging on the side of injury.[2]"
I'm pretty sure that should be "sagging on the side of injury." Either that, or I'm encountering something new. Pooua (talk) 05:24, 10 April 2017 (UTC)
These images are not anatomically correct. LeFort fractures involve the pterygoid process, which is not shown in the diagrams. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 139.173.54.12 (talk) 18:49, 25 February 2022 (UTC)
