I did a lengthy search for the ones I felt were most applicable. I've tried to put the articles in order from most general about KFS and then moving to more specific issues. I am very sure I missed a lot of very good articles, so I apologize in advance! Please add to the list if another article seems good. Here it is:

Praise and suggestions

This article answered all of my basic questions about the syndrome. The subject proved to be very interesting in terms of rare genetic mutations. The information was not too detailed, it was very concise and to the put. The information is very nicely organized and had a nice flow. A picture of the spinal cord with the fused cervical vertebrae would be an interesting picture to add. The treatment section should include physical therapy. The article is informative, but the diction used is difficult to understand without a scientific background. More pictures to illustrate this syndrome would also be helpful to the average reader. (Sbrunner44 (talk) 22:06, 18 February 2012 (UTC))[reply]

This article was very informative and had a good amount of subheadings. I would like to know about the epidemiology and if people with this syndrome live in pain. The picture looked dated and I would like to see more pictures to entice my eyes. Pictures/drawings of the various types of this syndrome would be effective and enhance this page. There is enough information but I would like to learn more about the different treatments used. The explanations are clear and do a good job at explaining specific mutations. I was thinking of changing "English cricketer" to "England cricketer", to reflect Small's status as a member of the England cricket team (rather than merely a player of cricket who is English) with England linked to the England cricket team article.--Mongreilf (talk) 16:35, 2 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Is a HealthTap doctor answer a useful reference here?

I am a physician working for HealthTap, recently I have taken a personal interest in making our content more available to the public because we have many millions of doctor-authored answers to lay questions on health topics.

I saw this article was missing a citation for the following in the Treatment section: Treatment for Klippel–Feil syndrome is symptomatic and may include surgery to relieve cervical or craniocervical instability and constriction of the spinal cord, and to correct scoliosis. One of our doctors actually gave a great answer about Klippel-Feil treatment recently and I thought that the following citation that would be an appropriate and valuable addition to this article.

In case you haven't heard about HealthTap, I want to give some context for the reference. We were founded on principles of social entrepreneurship. HealthTap generates content dynamically, however the citation listed here is a fixed URL with content that will not change over time.

I could have posted the citation directly, but I am new to Wikipedia, and hesitant about doing anything more than suggesting citations to more experienced and unbiased editors. I would appreciate feedback.

Hi Andrea I saw your post on WikiProject Med's talk page. HealthTap sounds like a great organization, but I agree with the answer there that HealthTap can't be used in Wikipedia articles as a citation. Our medical articles are written using systematic review research articles or Clinical Practice Guidelines as the source. The policy is here.
