A form of child abuse?

I added a "citation needed" for the part that says this may be deliberately induced as a form of child abuse. The entire article needs it, but this particular statement needs it more. Although it's possible, I don't see the same type of reference listed under hot water (i.e., children can be submersed in it as a form of child abuse) or food (children may be deprived of it as a form of child abuse). I just don't see why it would be listed under hair tourniquet. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.107.240.161 (talk) 01:45, 29 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
