-References need to be fixed and reorganized

Problems with article:

-First paragraph needs rewording and more citations
-Article talks a lot about FXS in general. Don't provide overview of FXS. Just keep focus on FXTAS
-Needs specific repeat size -What numbers of repeats most associated with FXTAS specifically
-Separate Prognosis and Medical Management Sections
-Needs "fax-tas" pronunciation in beginning

-Add category (diagnostic criteria)/Prognosis section
-Model the right hand info box after FXS (at-a-glance table) & intro paragraph
