IUPAC Name
I think the IUPAC Name should be

a section is needed on administration. apparently its parenteral only, but im? iv? inpatients only?etc., etc.also toxicity.Toyokuni3 (talk) 15:51, 23 May 2010 (UTC)
in the US, doripenem is only indicated to be administered intravenously. it seems unlikely that it could be used orally or intramuscularly due to a few factors, not least of which that this is used for very serious infections or 2nd-3rd line therapy
