New URL format?

Doesn't seem like the old CiteSeer^x: 10.1.1.65.4065 format works any more. There is a new hexadecimal format like 777b3ecbd3a292085d46ca066ab50409752ab7a1 that doesn't work with the template. — Chris Capoccia 💬 18:37, 29 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

All links are rotten that point to this compost heap of a website

Getting {"message": "Token is required"} for ANY link in the format that begins with "https://citeseerx.ist.psu.edu/viewdoc/download". If you try to manually work around the problem by investigating context clues and searching for the article in their database, the site always spits out "Results 1 - 0 out of 0" and the loading bar cycles to infinity.
