Contraindications, or where? ...and Aortic Rupture + other Fluoroquinolines

As of December, 2022, the FDA prescribing information for Cipro's boxed warning states:

• Because fluoroquinolones, including CIPRO, have been associated with serious adverse reactions (5.1-5.16), reserve CIPRO for use in patients who have no alternative treatment options for the following indications:
  • Acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis (1.9)
  • Acute sinusitis (1.11)

I'm not sure where these belong exactly; they sorta imply that any prescribing reason other than those two is a contraindication (the wording of the FDA's statements to prescribers is more harsh and flat out says not to use them unless death would result otherwise, but it doesn't seem like the right place to put them. It should probably be mentioned though, since these have effectively been relegated to use in people who won't survive without them and have one of two conditions (down from 3 listed earlier in 2022).
Also, Aortic dissection is listed as an effect reported to the FDA by the article right now, but in December, 2018, it was added as a rare side effect (although not to the boxed warning) so this should probably be updated in the article.
Finally, since these warnings were added across all fluoroquinolines prescribed to humans, all of the other articles relating to them need to be updated with current information. I'm not really active enough on here to take this on but someone dealing with the pharma pages more regularly might want to look into it. Some sort of "should be updated with developing information" might be warranted on these pages since the transition from boxed tendinitis warning to boxed "damage to nearly everything" was rapid; I'd be amazed if these were allowed to be prescribed outside of hospital settings much longer, honestly.
