Talk:Chorionic hematoma

"Chorionic hematomas are associated with an increased risk of miscarriage, 9.3% for patients with a live fetus and hematoma identified in the first trimester according to a study by Bennett et al..."

It would be good to be more explicit as to whether the 9.3% is an increase in the risk (as implied), or an increase to a rate of 9.3% miscarriage.

Anyone able to help?

It's the latter: 9.3% of women with a chorionic hematoma miscarry. Jpatokal (talk) 21:32, 23 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
