Massive Cleanup

Cleaned up this article using information from the linked PDF file to fill in the gaps, removed drug company's logo, restored drugbox. If someone with more expertise could look it over to make sure the information is accurate (namely, checking that the chemical formula is correct, and doing a lookup on all of the information missing about it chemically), we'd be looking at a clean article.

Other species

Our dog is on this now, but the article seems to be only referring to human use.
