Focus

The article currently focuses largely on the regulatory history of this drug in the U.S. It might be useful to include more of the actual published medical literature on the drug's efficacy, side effects, etc. I'll come back to this in the next couple of days and add some material. Side effects

More PML Cases Turn Up With Adcetris Three cases of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy prompt FDA to ask for boxed warning. - Rod57 (talk) 03:27, 14 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Linker

Apparently it uses the same valine-citrulline enzyme-cleavable linker as CDX-011. "The EMERGE study" (PDF). Dec 2012. - Rod57 (talk) 01:16, 4 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Also - the Design section could clarify if/that there are also 3-5 copies of the attachment group, linker and spacer (as well as the MMAE). Also confirm if/that the attachment group attaches to cysteine in the MAB, and explain why only 3 to 5 (rather than all the suitable attachment points). - Rod57 (talk) 13:34, 14 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Copyright violations

Per Wikipedia:Copyright_problems/2020_February_28, most of the "Development and marketing collaboration" section was pasted from this 2011 press release in a June 2013 edit. I blanked it for now. The other text added in that same edit is also worth investigating, but I can't find another source for it. Ajpolino (talk) 06:52, 9 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
