May I suggest an additional section heading to this Wikipedia article: Mention in Fiction

Peronine is used to treat the semi-conscious, radioactive patient Dr Rayner in the British 1955 movie 'The Atomic Man' (aka 'Timeslip'). It is administered to bring his 'brain time' back into sync with his 'body time'; synchronisation had been lost after Dr Rayner's heart stopped for 7.5 seconds before being re-started in hospital.
