I removed some text I perceive as biased, promotional or simply irrelevant to this article. Notably, I deleted

"According to the WHO, there were 247 million cases of malaria in 2006, causing about 880,000 deaths, mostly among African children.<ref>Malaria Fact Sheet. World Health Organization Website. Available at: http://www.who.int/mediacentre/factsheet/fs094/en/.</ref> In Africa alone, a child dies every 30 seconds from malaria<ref>Malaria Fact Sheet. World Health Organization Website. Available at: http://www.who.int/mediacentre/factsheet/fs094/en/.</ref>"

As pointed out here, these figures are inconsistent (1 child every 30 seconds = more than a million a year); and I think they don't belong to articles on individual antimalarials, but (if correct) on Malaria. --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 15:26, 6 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
