Symptom vs sign

In the discussion of Adies pupil, the article starts out by describing the three classic SYMPTOMS of pupil asymmetry, loss of deep tendon reflexes and diaphoresis. Asymmetry of the pupils and the loss of deep tendon reflexes are signs (physical findings) and not symptoms (what the patient feels). The source that describes these three uses symptom, so I think we ought to stick with that. Any of these three can be discovered by the patient (I first noticed that my pupils were dramatically uneven and thought I had a brain tumor or something. :-) ), so I don't think the source is technically incorrect either. --Danger (talk) 23:36, 14 January 2011 (UTC)

photo inappropriate

I came here to say exactly this! I'll try to find a better picture. Since it's a syndrome not limited to the pupils, it may not have to be limited to a picture of eyes. --M Killian (talk) 21:42, 20 February 2020 (UTC)
