Serous borderline tumor of the ovary

Serous borderline tumor of the ovary is a type of serous tumor of the ovary, that typically presents with pressure symptoms from the ovarian mass.[1] The average age at presentation is around 50 years.[2]

The cause is unknown.[1] It is typically larger than 5cm and around a third occur in both ovaries.[1]
