Onychauxis in psoriasis

Onychauxis presents with thickened nails.[1][2] It may be the result of trauma, acromegaly, Darier's disease, psoriasis, or pityriasis rubra pilaris, or, in some cases, hereditary.[2]

It is more common in the elderly.[3]
