Español: El sistema propioceptivo está combinado por una cadena de receptores nerviosos que residen en los músculos, articulaciones y ligamentos, los cuales se encargan de detectar: El grado de tensión muscular y grado de estiramiento muscular.
Para la realización de un trabajo propioceptivo efectuamos una serie de movimientos, en este caso enfocándonos en el miembro inferior requeriremos de una Tabla de Freeman como se muestra en la animación, esta tabla nos auxiliara desequilibrando nuestro cuerpo al momento de realizar el desplazamientos del miembro inferior.
En esta animación realizada por Miguel Ángel Rodríguez Vázquez observaremos 2 movimientos básicos con intercalados de miembro. El encargado de asesoramiento en el tema fue el experto Abraham Gil Sánchez, Fisioterapeuta Cdo: 3.904 Escuela de Enfermería y Fisioterapia, Universidad de Cádiz
