Summary

Description

Structure of tacrolimus. Originally the tacrolimus structure was taken from PDB ID 1YAT. Then in Avogadro2 I:

  • Perceived double bonds
  • Added hydrogens
  • Optimized the structure (final energy 818.22)
Then I opened the file in Jmol, hid the hydrogens, then exported the structure at POV-Ray at 3184x1516, rendered using POV-Ray and in GIMP I autocropped the picture.
