Description: Sporotrichosis. (a) Large ulcerative plaque having erythematous, irregular, infiltrated borders, and crusting at places. (b) Same lesion has healed with scarring 8 weeks after treatment with topical liposomal amphotericin B gel (0.1% w/w) and thermotherapy. Arrows indicate biopsy wound.
