The lumina are lined by attenuated endothelial cells and contain variably proteinaceous material. c Lymphangiomatosis involving the liver contains vascular profiles in fibrous stroma. Some profiles have vacuolated inward protuberant (“hobnail”) endothelia. d The endothelial cells are immunohistochemically positive for podoplanin (red chromogen)
