At 48 h after birth caseosa – like scales were widely present across the body including scalp (A), arm (B) and changes in color of occluded (whitish) and nonoccluded (brownish) areas on thigh (C). Skin conditions rapidly improved with reduction in scales on the scalp at 2 months of age (D) Mild ichthyosis on the arm at 2 months of age (E).
