Description
English⧼Colon⧽ F13: Toxoplasmosis. A: Focal hepatic necrosis and haemorrhage in a case of toxoplasmosis. A Toxoplasma cyst is present in the margin of the lesion (arrow). B: Pneumonitis caused by T. gondii. There is alveolar congestion and inflammatory cell infiltration with intraluminal and intramural macrophages and alveolar proteinaceous fluid. H & E Stain, bar = 100 mμ.
