(b) Photomicrograph of gram staining of the specimen (×40) reveals mycelia in favor of fungal keratitis. Culture was negative. (c) Delayed repeat culture (after 1 month) became positive in blood agar (top left), chocolate agar (top right), and Sabouraud's dextrose agar (down) environments
