Description
English⧼Colon⧽ Fig6: Transglottic Grade IV laryngotracheal stenosis. a Total obstruction of the airway at the glottic level, with a supraglottic band of scar tissue tethering the ventricular bands together. The stenosis extended caudally to the inferior edge of the cricoid cartilage. b Postoperative view at 3 months after extended-PCTR and stent removal: patent airway with triangular shape of the airway at the glottic level. A stent such as the LT-Mold is necessary to restore a sharp anterior commissure of the larynx after extended-PCTR or LTR for synechia or webbing of the vocal cords
