MRI shows an interhemispheric hyperintense mass protruding into the subcutaneous tissue (arrow) on T2W (A) and T1W (B) images, with no enhancement on the post-contrast T1W image (C). MD map (D) generated from the fat-suppressed DTI data, shows hypointensity in the lesion consistent with fat. FA (E) and color-coded FA fused with MD map (F) show agenesis of the corpus callosum
