English: A male patient in his 30's. Left inferior internal jugular node metastases with extranodal invasion, two years after brachytherapy of tongue cancer. PET-CT scanning, 64 minutes after fludeoxyglucose (18F) in the amount of 3.7 MBq/kg was administered. The blood glucose level at the time of the FDG dosage was 108 mg/dl. PET-CT scan shows some fluff around the tumor. The tumor of the left cervix was SUVmax 17.7, with 36 x 37 mm size. In delayed phase, SUVmax was 25.6. 日本語: 30代の男性患者。舌癌小線源治療の2年後、節外浸潤を伴う左下内深頸リンパ節転移。F-18-FDG を3.7MBq/kg投与し、64分後より頸部、77分後より頭部〜大腿部および下肢、132分後より遅延相をPET/CT装置で撮影。FDG投与時の血糖値は108mg/dl。辺縁に毛羽立ちを認める。左頸部の腫瘤は36×37mm大でSUVmax 17.7。遅延相ではSUVmax 25.6と増加し、CT上は内部不均一低吸収。口腔底から咽頭後壁にかけて集積が目立つ。 |
