A) Monkeypox case scenario: 23 year old male medical student with several pustular skin lesions (upper and lower extremities including volar surfaces), lymphadenopathy, fever, chills, backache, malaise; he recently returned from Democratic Republic of Congo where he examined patients with undiagnosed febrile rash illness.
