Summary

Two lesbian women sit at a table with their legs entwined, playing 'footsie'. One is sticking her tongue out whimsically and wearing a novelty jumper with the slogan 'Had the fantasy, got the girl, read the leaflet!' The other woman has dreadlocks, and is saying 'Funny, isn't it - how talking about doing it can be so much naughtier than actually doing it?!' Large text at the top reads 'Low risk isn't no risk', referring to the misconception that sex between cisgender lesbian women is low risk and therefore there is no need to use protection. The text at the bottom reads 'Lesbians, HIV & safer sex'. Smaller text on the left reads: 'How do lesbians get HIV? What if you think you've been at risk? What is lesbian safer sex?' The poster is for safe sex and HIV prevention by London Lesbian and Gay Switchboard, a London based phoneline. Black and white lithograph with pink, 1992.
