COVID‐19 is ingested by an antigen presenting cells like dendritic cells. Afterward, the antigen is recognized by Th cells that recruit other immune cells for infection control. B cells produce specific antibody against COVID‐19 and cytotoxic T cells destroy the cell infected by virus. Finally, some B and T cells remain in the body for immunological memory. (B) Mechanism of action of the inactivated COVID‐19 vaccines. Inactivated virus cannot replicate inside the body; therefore, higher doses are needed. Adjuvant could strength the immune responses. Noteworthy, inactivated vaccine generally induce antibody‐mediated immunity
