Summary

Description

Ball-and-stick model of a hydroxychloroquine molecule, C18H26ClN3O, based on the structure of the protonated molecule found in the crystal structure of hydroxychloroquine sulfate, reported in J. Chem. Crystallogr. (2008) 38, 333 (CSD Entry: QOBHUL01). The sulfate ion and the proton attached to the basic amine nitrogen atom have been removed to show an estimate of the structure of the free base.
