English⧼Colon⧽ Galeazzi fracture. a PA forearm radiograph with displaced fracture of the distal one third of the radial shaft. b Wrist radiograph in the same patient demonstrates subluxation of the distal radioulnar joint (DRUJ), with mild DRUJ widening, measuring 5 mm (arrowheads), and mild radial foreshortening. c Comparison normal wrist radiograph. Notice the small caliber of a normal, tight DRUJ
