Summary

Description
English: Low magnification micrograph of a cystic nephroma, also know as mixed epithelial stromal tumour (MEST) and renal epithelial stromal tumour (REST), is a rare benign renal neoplasm. H&E stain.

Characteristics of cystic nephromas:

Normal kidney parenchyma is seen on the right aspect of the image.
