  • Findings: 2 cm irregular exophytic lesion arising from the proximal phalanx of the second toe causing separation of the second and third toes. It appears to contain chondroid matrix. Mild overlying soft tissue swelling is noted. Degenerative changes in the first metatarsophalangeal joint and several articulations of the midfoot. No acute fracture.
